Flashforge accepts returns for Flashforge 3D printers within 30 days of receipt of delivery without any reasons.
If the return is due to logistics damage, low product quality or Flashforge sent the wrong goods, Flashforge bears the freight cost, otherwise Buyer bears the freight cost.

How will I know that my egift card has been delivered?
You'll get an email when the recipient receives the eGift card. You also can confirm delivery by checking the order status on the Your Orders page.
What if I put in the wrong email address or phone number?
The email address or phone number can be updated until the card is redeemed. After that Flashforge cannot cancel or re-fund your order. If the egift card cannot be delivered we will notify you to update and resend.
How fast will an email egift card be delivered?
eGift Cards are normally delivered within 24 hours. In rare circumstances your delivery may be delayed. You can check your status of your egift card in your orders. If you schedule a delivery, the card will be sent on the day you selected.
Can the egift card be used on another website or Amazon?
No, Flashforge eGift Cards can only be used to purchase eligible goods and services available on flashforgeshop.com, and cannot be used on Amazon or other websites.
